Many thanks for this. We have the (brief) instruction leaflet which came with the boiler and the manual but still found the directions totally mindbending to follow! Your leaflet will help us get to grips properly with this confusing timer control.

what a top bloke – after trying everywhere to find this document this god of a man has the sense ferroli employees dont have along with no manners , total non after sales service etc etc etc !!!! thanks again .
